I have like two cystic acne on my forehead rn. I used tretinoin thrice a week and use a cleanser everday after gym and moisturiser too. My skin was good for few months but now due to these fucking cystic acne I am back to zero.

I have been using tret for two years. I stopped drinking any sugary drinks since three months. Still did jackshit, if I get any more cystic acne I am gonna go to my derm and ask her to put me on iso tretinoinz
