Not even gonna try natural lifting again.

Need to lean down

Anyone has the best most safest options to take and the doses?

My main focus is to lean down fast while I train and eat high protein to maintain and rebuild muscle mass.

Well anything else is gonna be the same as natty lifting
Reta will cut appetite while also burning fat and preserving muscle but you’ll still have natty gains

I need to lean down mostly, don care much about being huge.

What would you say for that? I need a safe but functional option.

Test 250mg-1g. Start at 250mg and titrate up depending on sensitivity to e2/rate of aromatization. Go 500mg max first cycle.

GH 2.5-7.5IU. GH mogs so hard for recomp/fat loss since IGF1 increases substantially which is anabolic asf, and it increases the lipolytic action of norepinephrine at beta receptors. Essentially you can gain lean mass only.

Retatrutide 2-8mg. Titrate up, better lipolysis. No point exceeding 8mg. Will benefit your lipid profile, stick to diet and will help due to potential insulin desensitisation due to growth hormone use (GLP-1s sensitize to insulin).

AI if needed.

Use Dut so you don't rape your skin and hair.

That's all you need. Add HCG if you plan to cycle only, but I would blast and cruise. It mogs in terms of everything basically.

i’d recommend just trying some test and retatrutide to peel down, from there see what other compounds could benefit you with the least amount of health detriments
