I hurt my left leg. Now I cant walk properly

Like wtf is wrong with me so I was boxing a for cardio today. I am pretty good at it. I have very fast punches cuz my arms are well developed and I was energetic and I am oretty lean and shit. So after that session i went to the adductor machine for legs cuz why not. I do them sometimes just for fun. But when i do them i fucking go max and dropset the shit. So today i did that and after the 4th rep the muscle which gets activated during adducting gave me a very sharp pain. Now I cant train that shit anymore . Its not bruised so hopefully i can train it in couple of weeks from now. Also who asked.

I sprained and broke my ankle when hiking and couldn’t walk properly for a month

Squats and deadlifts r all u need and all i do fir power as a mma fighter why tf r u doing abductors😂
