Yes, you read that right. For context: I’m 17 and I’ve always been obsessed with hollow cheeks. Like, seriously obsessed. At the start of 2022, I began noticing that people with that trait are usually insanely attractive. So I started searching. I’ve always been very lean, so that wasn't the issue; the only time I weighed over 71 kg was when I was gymceling, and even then it wasn't much more around 76 kg, mostly due to water retention. Despite that, I still tried cutting body fat. I tried various debloat methods that didn’t necessarily work. In 2022, I realized I was a boneless dick.
Fortunately, the solution came in mid 2023 when I found out about bonesmashing. Thanks to help from Dacoslav, I actually started doing it because I learned how. Unfortunately, I wasn't dedicated enough and did it for such a short time that there were no results. I went back to it near the end of the first half of 2024 and did it for about a year. There were effects, but more and more people started telling me I had "too much bone," so I stopped and thank God for that, or my ESR would be 41 JFL. However, I still only had hollow cheeks in certain lighting and only when I was debloated.
Fast forward a bit. Second half of 2025: I found out about fat dissolving substances. Unfortunately, I didn't do it right away because I’m a high inhib cel and had to wait until I’d done enough research to have the balls to do it. In November, I ordered a vial, and in December perfectly timed for Christmas break (so I wouldn't look like a hamster at school) I went through with the procedure.
This isn’t going to be a guide, as there are plenty of those online, but rather a list of the pros and cons of the whole procedure.
The Cons:
The Bloat is brutal, bro. Like I said, I have decent bones and fairly low body fat, but for the next week and a half, I was a total hamster.
For the following 1.5 weeks, I still hadn't returned to my pre-op state.
Wait time for results. It’s really long; for me, it took about 2 months.
Procedure time. It’s boring and monotonous, lasting several hours. What’s more, while I was prepping, my parents almost caught me a few times (JFL), so you need to be sure you have the place to yourself for a good few hours.
The Pros:
The results, which are quite satisfying regardless. It’s better than I thought, and the biggest results are visible in daily life, which is what I cared about most.
RN i have big hollow cheeks on every light, od u want other pictures i van send IT with no problem
Lowering inhibition is a plus worth mentioning. Thanks to this, in a while, I’ll have the courage to do cog threads to slightly change my tilt and PFL.
In conclusion, if you’re ready to become a subhuman for two weeks and not leave the house, I highly encourage it. It’s one of the better improvements you can make. I’ll answer any questions in the comments. If you want any advice on performing the procedure, I’ll provide that too, as humbly speaking I’ve gained a massive amount of knowledge
