yeah, you can try using a waist trainer on your ribs. shouldnt be too dangerous either because they are overly flared. if you do make sure to keep it light, also stay consistent with it, id suggest wearing it every night like a retainer.

He is still growing, if he takes testosterone at such a young age, premature closure of growth plates will most likely happen due to elevated estrogen levels unless he controls his estrogen levels perfectly which is very hard as he will most likely crash his estrogen levels, which trust me, is hell.

But he has already taken Rad 140, which generally does not convert to estrogen but it can still elevate estrogen levels somewhat via a different pathway. Worst part is when he comes off it as he will have to use a SERM if he wants to recover faster, which in scientific studies has been proven to close your growth plates.
