start with breathing pullover and breathing squats asap (best exercise to also expand your rib case, read into it!). + deep breathing and holding as long as possible, do this every day multiple times + perfect posture all the time (so no lifts) + stretching back and chest daily. Helped me more but your case is a little worse than mine but this will help you very much especially in your early 20s. I started at 15 years with this btw which is even better. Focus very much on breathing pullover/squats this will help you with pectus and frame.

With good amount of muscles no one will notice. Even now, this is only noticeable to people who are familiar with it, but it should get better.

Also don't focus too much on short term solutions like rad and mt2. Both will fuck you long term and the potential damage will be irreversible. Pay attention to your hormones and blood levels, test them regularly and stop everything immediately if you notice any problems. You dont need both to build good msucles/tan.
