cost me less than $500 and its gonna last me like 15 years if i use it heavily

il probably have to throw out most of it because of potency loss

3mg a week allows a 2k deficit daily, if i ran 3mg a week, it would last me 5 years,

on 1mg a week i can easily maintain 1k deficit and hitting 188g protein gets hard
(1g protein per cm of height meta)
