I ate a frozen pepperoni pizza because I was depressed . Luckily I fasted yesterday and I plan to do a 2 hour workout tonight but it was a major set back for me.

I was tempted to eat chocolate today cuz of shit mental wellbeing but managed to resist, gonna eat steak and eggs instead

That might be theoretically correct, but when you actually put in the work you soon realize that muscle mass burns A LOT of calories, not to mention the fact that intensive exercise in itself provides a flood of dopamine and reduces cravings for unhealthy food

You're either gonna need to be 2,2m tall or roided beyond an ifbb pro to eat 1000-2000kcal and just burn it off casually. Either you grossly overestimate how much of an effect muscle has on basal metabolic rate or you grossly underestimate just how calorie dense an entire pizza is.
