How do y'all cook it? I just get my ss pan, heat it to medium, add some butter, add meat then spices ( paprika and garlic powder) add more butter, wait some time then mix and do that a few times

no spices for me.
i usually don’t add too much butter to beef, only enough so doesn’t stick to pan. 80:20beef is already ideal fat to protein ratio
