Its probably something else, but if the headache returns everytime you bonesmash you might want to stop.

I hope you were bonesmashing the chin. (You need it tbh)

Theres only two places that is valid to smash, zygos and chin. Chin has a risk of tmj issues but low risk of cte and zygos only got a risk of cte
