How tf does a nigga fuck this up. Don't u have "waterfree" butter where u live? It's called "Butaris" in germany.

ghee oder clarified butter.
Really good. Works on any pan and tastes like butter without burning black...

Cause butter has water, so it burns black in the pan.

U can get it like that everywhere in europe.
In us idk though, I heared u just have a lot of goyslop there.
Hope u find clarified butter.
It costs a lot even in europe, but totally worth it. U can cook really hot without burning anything.

UK, i only use oils to cook because that's all i have right now

when i use butter it's like those "it's not really butter but it looks like it" slop so i don't bother
