Two things contribute to bloatmaxxing. Salt and insulin. Everything else that you think is involved is negligble or its effect pales in comparison to these two.
High sodium + no carbs will NOT bloat your face
High sodium + low carbs will MINIMALLY bloat your face.
High carbs + low sodium will KINDA bloat your face
High sodium + High carbs will bloat the FUCK out your face
Bloatmaxxing requires sodium AND a hormonal catalyst which is insulin, provided by blood sugar spikes from carbs.
Without spiking your blood sugar, your body literally can not hold enough sodium to bloatmaxx your face and will piss it out.
