I’ve probably eaten more, like 5000 calories worth of chocolate, ice-cream, junk food in one sitting

I’m leanmaxxing slowly now though, binge eating makes you feel like such a worthless piece of shit for some reason

I can only eat a certain amount of food at once, otherwise I'll start to feel sick.
