Im a broke uni student So high quality eggs are the cheapest where I live Im forced to eat rice with my meat so I get full but I eat white rice to minimise the damage I do eat a lot of meat for how much money I have

you can make the most out of it by eating the meat raw as it makes you satiated much sooner than cooked meat, logically because of higher nutrients
