got it from a local farm in germany where you can see the cows being outside so I hope its high quality as well as safe to drink.

my question is, will I actually notice any benefits right away / in the next few days or will it just have to be a habit to drink it during puberty regulary for maximizing my development and I will see some results in a few years

will do, also bought these eggs there which are from chickens that only 100% eat stuff from outside on their farm and no artificial food, raw goat cheese, raw honey and fermented sauerkraut (all local from there)

allthough asdvek said any raw milk is safe just to be sure I would go to a local farm and check it out first before ordering, thats what I did at least. I personally wouldnt drink raw milk from cows that live in shitty conditions getting shitty food and having poor hygiene but thats just a personal thing idk if you care

where are you from? is it illegal in your country? because you can actually get it super easy for yourself, I just went to a good looking farm and asked the guy and he filled up a glass bottle for me to try (the one in the pic). just befriend a guy on a farm and you have an easy source

btw I forgot to mention in regards to this : I asked the farmer "is it safe to drink this without boiling" and he just looked at me and said that he believes pasteurization is evil and he despises pasteurized milk. ever since he was a kid and to this day he is still drinking it and told me his son said he'd rather drink water than pasteurized milk ever. he also said that being lactose intolerant is a lie and simply just exists because you arent drinking raw milk. I think you would like them but honestly im not really that deep into all of this so i sadly couldnt hold a long conversation about it
