It's very strange, sometimes after coming back from outside after doing something, be it hanging out with friends or just chilling walking around out of the blue I will feel melancholic and get those kinds of thoughts out of nowhere. I will start feeling sentimental and kinda fatigued and mentally tired even though I might not have expended a ton of energy physically or anything like that. Don't know why it happens because I'm not exhausted mentally either but it just does. Just wanted to write that out

I feel the same way, I have anxiety. It’s possible you could be worrying about something and it’s taking you away from enjoying nice moments and making you feel bad. It’s usually not obvious what the problem is or you would have solved it already, so try taking some time to really think about some issues you’ve been dealing with and maybe that will help. Cheers brah

We're in the same boat, I have this thing called a "generalized anxiety disorder" and like I said this kind of mood occurs randomly with no warning even when I'm in a good mood.

Good luck to you as well bruh. Come September when I go back to uni, I'm going to try to get my hands on some shrooms either online or in person to get rid of the amygdala(which is the cause of our problems). I suggest you try and do the same dude
