I've thought about whether or not I have gyno for a while, and today I shaved my chest including my nipples, and it's so insanely apparent
I don't know what to do, I'm not exactly overweight but I do have some clear excess fat

This ruined my day dude fuck. Guess im never taking my shirt off in public

Yeah after staring at myself again for like 2 minutes I realized that it's actually not that bad
Considering the fact that I have excess fat & dont workout my chest, I think that I could naturally reduce the appearance of it heavily

Just lowkey freaked out because this is the first time I've shaved my chest in a while & this made it look much worse

it’s likely because your chest is underdeveloped

and slightly puffy due to the fat

and you haven’t seen any of that since the hair was covering it

and now you have you’ve convinced yourself you have gyno

just need a bit of body recomp and all will be good
