i just fucked up my injection

basically i was pinning intramuscular in my shoulders and i was in a super rush and i forgot to have my arm relaxed and on top of that i had hella bubbles in my syringe (some statistically big) that i basically DNRd and i still ended up injecting that shit and the whole injection was supposed to be like 6ish seconds and i just pushed the plunger and injected it all within a fucking second and i instantly new im going to regret this later


its been 4 hours since and it hurts so bad its so sore im about to cry and throw up
