nah bruh. Im in your situation and Im wearing otostick. both my circular looking ears now have that small ear chad appearance. I buy them every 3 months for like 23usd. they usually stick and last for 2 weeks. I hate when my ears stuck out from hats but Its not like that anymore and boosts my confidence. Its a good cope/cheap method til you get an otoplasty which is what im doing.

No worries brother ive been wearing it for almost 2 years and no one realized when I changed / can see them from behind your head. make sure your sides are at least a 2 though
