I just got a job and im saving up for alarplasty

I need help on finding a place in the US to get alarplasty. I have a job and i will start saving it until 2027 or around the end of 2027 to get a nose job, alarplasty. What would be the price and where is the best doctor. I only have a student visa in the US so I wonder if I get a tourist visa to europe would i be able to go to turkey or should I do it in the US cause alarplasty isn’t expensive

Waste of money in the US. Find one abroad for cheaper, but find a good surgeon

full on rhino was never too far off in terms of price in all my consults.. its unlikely that you have the perfect nose while just baring the nostrils

wide alae generally due to ethnic nose, thick skin or bulbous tip which requires an actual rhinoplasty

otherwise it would look weird just doing alarplasty on a big fleshy nose

very on point man... alar reducement itself really never works well

my brindge isnt that big and it doesn’t need the whole rhino tbh

I thought about doing alar as well but rhino is only like couple of K more and I think it will give better results. I have bulbous tip, but my nose bridge is straight
