I just got a tear through filler

Can i ask why? They were very proffesional and i live in one of the richest countries so i feel like they know what their doing, i may be wrong but my tear through area brings down my confidence, i did everything softmaxx to get rid of it but it didnt work, had it since i was 13 and im 20

Bc fillers are temporary and disolve around your face over time

Because they just give a bloated look unless it's subtle , i'd suggest to dissolve them asap since it will also migrate and bloat your whole face with time
