Sometimes people hurt me so much that the stabbing pain in my heart radiates down my arm, all the way to my wrist. It’s such a strange feeling, it physically hurts now in my forearm

antipathy, bad capability for interpersonal relationships, manipulation, fluctuating self esteem, the inability to feel self worth, extreme hypersensitivity towards criticism, extreme feelings of shame that manifest somatically in my body, self harm (this is basically just proof that its bad enough, but this by itself isnt a symptom just for npd)

its pretty normal to have traits, its basically in the human nature to. Just becomes a problem when your personality style is completely narcissistic and when your personality organization is neurotic or borderline, at that point you can speak of a narcissistic personality disorder
