For a moment I thought to myself "fuck this raw diet im quitting fuck raw milk never gonna drink raw milk again"

Thats how the stomachache was and i was sweating as fuck

Like weather is like what so fucking hot and i was feeling cold too like i was sweating my back armpits i had to hug my blanket or its cold af and if i do then its hot as fuck

I opened the fan and hugged my blanket so this kinda made it balanced. Bro i was like fuck my life fuck my life nobody else has to go through this type of shit but I do I was suicidal for those moments and genuinely thought about ending it thats how bad the stomachache was

Now the stomachache and the sweating is gone I feel fine and I feel better actually. That means whatever bacteria I got infected with, that actually detoxed me, since i feel better now.

So guys all of these shit are just detoxing symptoms and are temporary and you will feel better later

So if u ever have vomiting stomachache sweating diarrhea or anything, do not take medications or that ruins the detox
