I just got tested 19.4% bodyfat at 6'0 and 63.5 kg WTF

I figured out why I have such a high bodyfat.

I have very tiny bones (framecel) and I have a very low amount of muscle mass (48.5kg) so my 12.3kg of body fat equates to 19% of my weight DESPITE me only having 12.3kg of fat (so I'm not bloated and I have a decent body/face)

The average fat mass of an american is around 18kg so I'm actually not fat and estrogenic

It's just a relativity thing.
