I had 40mg like idk a hour ago and as i am writing this rn i wanna piss rivers.
But i still have a question, i havent eaten anything today, js drank some water before popping one. 1L max
What if im hungry throught the day, do i js eat sum bananas or should i have a meal and pop another one like 8pm, which is 4 hours before my event
