I descended and got all my acne back

Every inch of my face was covered in acne and after a few seconds the puss was coming out, so it looked like my acne was white

I completely panicked cuz the dream felt so real. I started breathing fast whisperinhg; «i need accutane, i need accutane». (Just finished a round a month ago, so i was extremely sad)

It was so bizzare since the day before i had no pimples (irl) but now i saw more pimples then the rest of my face (dream)

I was so thankfull and happy when i woke up just now
