i got a very big cortisol spike from fighting my mom anyways i said sorry to her now and will hug her after she comes back home

to reduce the cortisol spikes in the future just move out of your house ,to lower your current cortisol spikes eat raw meat with about 10kg of "raw honnneey" :lul::forcedsmile:. just kidding bro but ashwagandha is not like cofee that you start seeing results within minutes
