I was walking downtown and I passed some homeless bum who looked like he hadn't showed in years smoking fentanyl with a pipe and tin foil, he blew that shit right at me and I could smell his stinky ass body odor mixed with the smell of fentanyl and meth or some shit. Afterwards when I was walking the other way he caught back up to me and was aggressively shaking his head and mumbling random schizo shit. As a joke I yelled at him "Get a job Al", from American Psycho and he mumbled some random shit back and ended up bumping into a wall.

I think i'm gonna die from fentanyl exposure now lol
