No I reached this level of strength nattty but roiding got me back within 2 weeks that's what is insane

Actually I don't. I've lost 7 pounds in the last 10 days cuz my appetite crashed from a combination of clen, modafinil, ecstasy, caber, caffeine, cigarettes etc. I look veiny even with zero pump

Yeah what bodyweight and can you do some pullups and push-ups? You should probably run a novice program natty since you're a teen

Doesn't test take like 4-6 weeks to fully saturate? pretty neat it hit u that fast though. what dose ?

I see. My intensity is strength has been climbing for sure and I've been upping the calories but I haven't experienced any "explosion" in strength just yet. For example I've added 2-3 reps on top of a slight weight bumps progressively to all my big movements over the next few sessions, nothing crazy. I'm still only only 20 days in and this is the first cycle so maybe itll take a bit longer we'll see.
 
I PB'd 105kg for 1 rep the other day. Seated though.

strict ohp is excellent exercise for pure aesthetics

no one does it because they cant lift respectable weight on it (op's lift actually is much better than average gym bro if it is a legit strict press)

I have a 160lbs 1RM strict OHP at 160lbs bodyweight. At 16yo.jfl.
