I just made this morph u think this is achievable through filler and need some lookmaxxing advice

This is my picture from last year. I'm 18, and I've been thinking about doing some "hardmaxxing" procedures, such as jawline fillers, chin fillers, otoplasty, and rhinoplasty. Do you think these procedures would ascend me or is it over for me

I don't think my face have overgrown masseter i dont even train because i have like inward gonions what rate the before and after u think the after is like a true htn or still mtn or do i need to do the rhinoplasty
