Well, 13 is technically a teenager considering it ends with the word "teen", but yeah I guess there's a big difference between 14 and 15? I don't remember being any different during that time

So... is there some kind of grey area that I'm unaware of? Maybe it's like, you finish puberty, so you're not a child, you've fully developed, but somehow you're still a child? Need some clarification on this tbh

From a biological standpoint, an individual who has reached mental and physical maturity may be considered fully developed lol
