Maybe that;s why it's had for me to build muscle. I was lanky as hell in teens and aerly 20's. Because running longer-ish distances was muh only sport. so i was super skinny always,.
Yup those formative years are so important, because your system can develop at optimum levels. If you start at that age you can peak in your 30s. That's why most of the best body building natty or not natty are late 20s and early 30s. They go all the way to their late 30s.
