I just realized I am not actually small , its just that I live in sweden n comparing my size to nordics who are giants

And by size I mean just frame/skeleton n not height (I am 183 cm)

If I lived in the Mediterranean Sea or Middle East or South Asia or even Poland/Eastern Europe (the men in Poland are average sized, not giants like nordics) then I would actually just be considered Average size/Normal frame

Sweden is only like 9 million population while there are 7 billions people on earth so I should compare my size to people in most regions of the world rather than comparing my size to a tiny minority of nordic giants

In most parts of the world my frame would just be average. It's only small frame if comparing to nordics bahai @BombayVikings

It's diffrent because asians are more than 2 billion people out of 7 billion people on earth

While swedish are just a tiny minority of 9 million people

You should compare yourself to the average in most parts of the world. Even in other white countries like the Mediterranean Sea for byspel (for example) I would be average

Also genetically I'm half polish half Persian so if comparing to people both of Poland and of Iran then my frame would also be average
