I just realized I have an addiction to cuddling my pillow

I legit cant lay down and relax, let alone sleep, if Im not tightly hugging my soft pillow. This is why I cant sleep when I stay at my sister's or mothers house. It's crazy how I'm starting to unearth all the terrible addictions that I have and previously thought that they were normal healthy habits.
