I just rubbed my ears with a towel

now they're both bleeding and red like fire

this is day one in my cauliflower regime

I will amp up the rubbing intensity daily from now on, hopefully by the end of the year I will have cauliflower ear. It will look somewhat like this:



I tried smashing the ear with a hammer before, but it was hard to hit it and I slipped a few tiems, I will however try this technique again in the future
