I just slept from 7pm to 1am

I slept from 7pm to 1am and woke up with an insane pump I have work tmrw at 9 idk how I can go back to sleep:feelswhy:

I did this a couple days ago. just knock yourself back out with drugs you’ll feel fine the rest of the day surprisingly

Its the middle of the night and I dont have sleeping drugs i only have melatonin

3 hours since you woke up and it’s not even 5 am yet
isn't that amazing tho? u get to waste time when u wake up early too. or if u really want u can get a head start with the day. genuinely wish it was possible for me to sleep that early

i had that schedule at some point but it got changed by accident now it’s sleep 3 am and wake up at 10 am and for some reason that sleep schedule switch made me have nightmares and now i’m depressed

ON GOD SAME NIGGAS DONT REALIZE HOW MUCH SHITTY SLEEP SCHEDULES MAKE U FATIGUED FOR THE REST OF THE DAY AND MAKE U FUCKING DEPRESSED.

I USED TO SLEEP AT 5 AM DURING THE SUMMER AND WAKE UP AT 2 PM AND I WANTED TO KILL MYSELF

I feel good off 5h of sleep im just worried abt gym performance later today
