That's just an overhyped viral trend from like 10 years ago because theyre usually really high in fiber and the average American gets 4 grams of fiber per day so its a shock to their body. I eat a lot of fiber and these dont really do anything to me

S TIER: Shameless Snacks Gummies 1.4 calories per gram. These are really really good IMO, great texture, great flavor, decently low calorie, theyre actually just an S tier gummy in general regardless of the calories. These slap however theyre unfortunately overpriced

A TIER: Albanese zero sugar gummies 1.875 calories per gram. These taste phenomenal great texture but theyre not as good calories as shameless (Theyre approximately 133% the calories of shameless per gram)

B TIER: Jolly Ranchers sugar free gummies 1.57 calories per gram. These taste exactly like normal jolly ranchers gummies IMO, but these are also fairly pricey and the texture isnt as good as albanese or shameless so I would rather just get zero sugar jolly rancher hard candies (Which BTW are the p4p best low-calorie candy if they didnt feel so astringent after sucking on them for a while).

HONORABLE MENTION: Lilys Sugar Free Sour Gummy Worms 1.37 calories per gram. These are solid, good gummy worm. A little bit chewy but better than something like a swedish fish. I didnt know where to put these but these are a very solid mid choice if you can get them on sale, sometimes they have dollar packs at grocery outlet.

C TIER: Atkins gummies 1 calorie per gram (the sour version is a B tier). First of all these are the lowest calorie gummies I have ever found and they dont taste like complete shit, so based off how much you value that these could easily be A or S tier. The problem with these is that if you eat a lot of them you will start to detect this weird gelatiney aftertaste and they never taste good again. These are definitely worth the try but once you start tasting the aftertaste its over .

D TIER: Zero sugar welsh fruit snacks 2.3 calories per gram. First of all welsch fruit snacks are already mid at best, and these arent even very good calories. Theyre higher calorie

F Tier: Smart sweets 2.6 calories per gram. These have the worst texture ever. Soooo chewey. Like chewing on candle wax. Imagine a swedish fish that was sitting in the refridgerator and tastes like nothing. Candle wax tier. And theyre not even very low calorie. I have no idea why anyone would ever buy these

Its important to mention that in my recent order I ordered ChocZero sugar free gummy stars, switch zero sugar gummy bears, and a mysterious generic brand of zero sugar jelly candies. I will modify my list once I receive these items and maybe make a post.

Also, I want to reiterate that zero sugar jolly rancher hard candies are an excellent leanmaxxing candy because they are like 7 calories each, taste good, and take 10 minutes to suck on.
