Why would you want to buy a house in this economy as a mid tier wageslave with no wife. Your main focus should be to live with your parents until you get married or live a in a cheap apartment while you invest in crypto and stocks to make it big. There will probably be another crypto run in 2025 and that will be your last chage to make it. Anyways youre going to be living in a pod and eating bugs by 2035 if you arent a multi millionaire i wouldn't really make it my focus to buy a house. I dont have anything to spend that extra money on. Id rather have more free time. At least ill have enough saved up to help me COPE when im an oldcel. If prostitution gets legalized I can COPE with that.
