i starve everyday but it hurts ive been doing it for the past 2 years and haven't seen results until this year because id always end up binge eating

i usually eat 1000-1200 calories a day and i become anorexic as fuck
1500 is cope it will take forever

calories is everything its scientifically proven or whatever i used to be fat btw and have the worst fat distribution genetics EVER

usually fatter if i end up eating 4000+ calories but a lean bulk on 2500 calories is good
