I have a way more refined version. But with the amount of effort and research ive put in I wouldnt even wanna share it without financial incentive

Probably spent nearly 40 hours putting it all together.

But take precaution with alendronate. It will halt resorbtion and thus stop any remodeling in its tracks.
Only use it at high doses if you purely want thickening of the bones
