Same man. Not even just for looks, but I cannot breathe half the time I fall asleep at night and I am always congested even when not sick. Could probably get some stuff covered but I don't trust insurance covered Maxfacs so my autistic brain will only settle for blackpilled surgeons but I need money for that ;-;
EDIT: And I don't even need a lot to ascend, but Bimax takes a while to find a good surgeon, prep, deliberate with Cephs and figure out a plan. I just want to be over with this so I can focus only on softmaxxing.
