Get your teeth whitened, either professionally at a dentist or just get some of those teeth whitening strips they work surprisingly well. Maintain good and consistent oral hygeine and diet.

As for skin, eat clean to prevent breakouts and get a skincare routine. Get a decent cleanser, a moisturiser and something for the acne depending on severity (benzoyl peroxide, tretinoin etc) do some research.
Don’t hop on accutane yet which some people may suggest it can stunt growth.

Look at some of the threads in BotB. I advise you not to get too wrapped up in stuff about surgery, steroids/peptides for now you’re very young.
