I just wanted to look at a camera and feel happy, I'm terrified of cameras, can someone help me?

I’ve felt insecure and so on since I was little—though I guess that’s a topic for another time...

Anyway, I’ve never been able to take a photo of myself or even look at my phone screen. It’s really taken a toll on me, since this has been going on since I was six and I’m seventeen now. I wanted to ask those of you with a bit more self-esteem than I have for some advice on how I might improve this.
