It was due to pain in her knee or thigh, she didn't fall or anything like that, it happened suddenly. She started screaming in pain, crying, slapping her pillow and biting it like a child. I couldn't tell whether she was crying or laughing after a while. My grandpa's brother is a doctor and he's well educated on the human body and he tried some exercises to help her and she started slapping his hand way repeatedly while crying and slamming the bed with her hand.
I told my Grandpa to take her to the hospital but he didn't react. I walked out after that deciding it was too much for me and to let my Grandpa take care of it. She quited down quite quickly and went back to normal, perhaps my Grandpa was right, she was overreacting. It was strangely traumatic seeing someone who raised you in such a state.
