I just went to the doctor and they mesaured me at 5'11 and a quarter, I was 5'11 last year at the doctor im 15 and a half, male will i grow any more

So for my whole life I have been one of the tallest in my grade and now im worried if my puberty ended too early and others will grow past me. my dad is like 5'10 or 5'11 idk cus he has really bad posture and my mom is 5'7 but the thing is my grandad was 6'4. My doctor also told me that I have already surpassed my expected height. I dont want to get a wrist x ray to see if my growth plates r still open cus I still grew but only a quarter of a inch in a year. Is there anything I can to do to help me grow taller or trigger another growth spirt. thx <3
