I keep getting acne breakouts in September-October

So my skin is not that prone to acne,usually I have between 3-6 pimples,not more.
But last year I had my biggest breakout in the end of September,now it’s one year later and I’m starting to breakout slowly.
Does anyone know the cause to this?

Seriously, I don’t get it. Every problem normal people face, Chad never has to despite putting half the effort in. Literally went on holiday with Chad friend, he ate like shit and did basically no skin care yet I got horrible cystic acne despite doing everything correctly. This applies for literally everything though. Why is everything so easy for them, including video games, sports, studies?
