200k+ threshold is spot on for Big Tech unicorns they'll just poach from FAANG rejects or fly in the cream of the crop talent they were already shelling out for. But mid-tier startups they are Dead No way a bootstrapped Al firm in Austin is dropping $100k annually to hire one dev from Bangalore when they can train a bootcamp grad for half. This means more upskilling Americans but also more offshoring to India/Canada hubs where costs are already low.

Probably yeah but I am still doing thorough research and learning proper ui/UX design before submitting the deck. If I am doing an assignment might as well do it well and get something out of it.
