I keep hitting rock bottom

This is an actual serious problem. I keep on hitting rock bottom. I am not ugly by any means(maybe I am). Girls look at me(the pretty ones too) but I am not there yet. Not EVERY SINGLE look at me. I want them to but I cant do anything. It's just not about women. I cant keep the promises I made to myself(not parents, friends but me) I feel lonely when I am clearly not. I am sad
