How much does this lower my SMV? I tell them:

• Don't holiday in USA or far east it's too expensive.
• Don't shop at Tesco go to Lidl instead.
• Use your car instead of using public transport
• Dont buy fairy liquid just get knock off liquid

I'm not poor I'm fairly well off. I can do these things easily without any harm. I grew up in a poor household my parents were very poor and I was on free school meals because of it.

However this mentality was ingrained into me from birth. I spend thousands of pounds of trading shitcoins Idec, but I'm so stingy at the same time I don't want to buy premium milk or takeaways.
