What do you feel like is the reason for waking up?
Dreams or stress? Do you have to pee? Do you sweat?

I did everything I bought magnesium glycinate,L-theonate, I tried melatonin it only caused me to have even less deep sleep (the melatonin),bought a 15€ sleek mask everything is dark,I have a air filter,my room is cool,2h before bed I started avoiding blue light 2h before I stopped eating,I heard foods like milk, joghurt, berries, honey… help sleep I ate them before 2h,I tried grounding after waking up I went outside for 30 min,no caffeine 12h before I excersise I do Muay Thai and went 10k steps everyday, btw I sleep on the floor I tried sleeping on the couch but that’s even less comfortable, drank a bit of salt with water to not wake up to piss it did nothing, read a book before sleep, meditation, journal,no noise, could name a thousand more things I did and the biggest difference is going outside 30 min after waking up it helped me fall asleep faster that’s it I went to the doctor he gave some tablets that last 7 days did nothing,I wake up tired I stay in bed but can’t sleep,(yes I wake up to pee and then can’t sleep just lay in bed)

Based on your age I'd say the cause are either hormonal fluctuations which is most likely or things like high blood pressure

I guess you're at a point where waking up has become a routine for your body and your constant stressing about it and the fear of going to sleep knowing that you'll wake up at that exact time is making the problem worse.

What you should do is have a container next to you that you can pee in as soon as you wake up, move as slowly and sleepily as possible to avoid waking you body up, so when you wake up act like you're more tired than you've ever felt, keep thinking about how tired you are and don't come out of sleep.

I'm not gonna lie, the problem will probably last for the next 5 months but if you stick to it it will get less and less and eventually go away.

Your other routines are good too.

Check your blood pressure, maybe even directly after waking up in the night - if it's high think about doing a long-term measurement

The idea that is has become routine for my body has been on my mind ngl I’m gonna try that container thing thx

Same here, I wake up around those times to use the bathroom and drink water especially after I had dinner high in carbs/salt or fat. I wait 15 minutes to get back to sleep so that the water fully goes down
